This is a chia pudding for those who want to lose weight quickly and for a long term. This chia pudding will not let you yo yo back.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 tbsp of FSA powder
2tbsp of berries (any)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients together & let this mixture sit for half hour or until it’s set then add your favourite nuts or coconut flakes then enjoy with a cup of green tea
FSA POWDER DIRECTIONS:
240 gram raw flaxseeds
150gm of raw sunflower seeds
85gm of raw almonds
1. Blend all seeds until completely blend & transfer it into glass container and refrigerate or freez it. If you feel hungry eat cucumbers, have 3/4 cups of green tea, 10/15 mins exercise or walk.
